When do we get a copy of the tenancy agreement to look through?

Once the referencing has been processed for all tenants and their guarantors, the legal team will produce the Tenancy Agreement. This will be sent out to all tenants with notification that they have passed all of the referencing. We will give the tenants about a week after receipt of the Agreement, so that they have enough time to read through the contract, forward to their guarantors if they wish and come back to ask questions, if any. The Tenancy Agreement will then be emailed out to all tenants to electronically sign. Our Tenancy Agreement has been signed off by the Local Council, Trading Standards and The National Landlords Association; it is a standard contract.
