What furniture is provided?

Citylets provides 1 double bed, 1 desk, 1 chair and 1 wardrobe/rail/hanging space and shelving per bedroom, white goods (washing machine, fridge, freezer etc.) and 1 or 2 sofas, depending on the size of the house. If you wish to purchase small electrical items such as a kettle/toaster/microwave/hoover or fixtures such as curtains etc. then this will be the tenants’ responsibility.

The landlord does not provide small electrical items such as toaster, kettle, hoover etc. or small personal fittings such as lampshades or curtains, but if these items are left by the previous tenants and we deem them to be in an acceptable condition when they move out, then we will leave these items if the new tenants want them.
