This will include situations such as a gas leak, the ceiling or roof collapsing, a burglary or fire. In these situations please ensure that you call the correct authorities FIRST and then make contact with the relevant emergency numbers provided to you in your welcome pack. We will go through this in more detail during your move in meeting.
