What do I do about Meter Readings?

On move in day, we will provide you with an opening meter reading, it will look like the photos below. This reading will have a code/number on it. You will need to provide this reading to your Utility Supplier to start your Account. You will need to provide an end of tenancy meter ready too (the last day of your tenancy). Some houses have Smart Meters installed, in which case the Utility Supplier will be able to automatically get a reading from their online system for the start date of your tenancy.

Water Meter: Usually found outside the front door in the pavement
Gas Meter: Usually found at the bottom of the house in a cupboard
Electricity Meter: Usually found at the bottom of the house in a cupboard
