What are the rules/expectations about the furniture we are provided with?

Grosvenor Properties provides you with a number of items of furniture, all of which is not to be left outside. Please do not leave chairs, beds, sofas etc. outside in the front or back garden as this will cause irreparable damage and these items will need to be replaced at your cost.
