What are the expectations at the end of the tenancy regarding cleaning?

We will go through this in much more detail during the Pre-Move Out Inspection as we will provide you with a detailed report and checklist. Please be aware that the house has been professionally cleaned for the start of your tenancy and you are expected to return the property back in the same condition at the end of your tenancy. This will require you to get the carpets, windows, beds and ovens professionally cleaned, as per the conditions of your Tenancy Agreement, at the end of your tenancy.
