I own a property outside of England and Wales – Can I still be a guarantor?

The referencing team require all guarantors to own a property in England or Wales only – this does not include Islands (such as the Channel Islands), Scotland or any other UK territory. English jurisdictional law is only applicable within England and Wales so we are only able to accept English or Welsh homeowners.
