I am not moving in till my university course starts, how do I sort out my rent payments?

We have provided you with the bank details so that you can set up you standing order(s) before you move in. Please ensure your Deposit and 1^st months’ rent is paid exactly 1 month before your tenancy begins. You will also need to set your standing order up for the remaining monthly rent payments. It is up to you when you choose to move in and live in the house but you will need to ensure that all payments are made for the full 12-month contract.
