Do I get an inventory/record of condition?

An Inventory/Record of Condition (ROC) will be provided to you at the move in meeting. This will be a very large document full of photos and details. You will need to go through this document and check it to make sure you are happy. If there are any amendments or errors that need to be made, please write these on the document. You will have 7 days to go through this document, make any notes/amendments and then sign the document. We will use the ROC as a confirmation of the condition of the house and its contents at the beginning of the tenancy and compare this to the condition on move out at the end of the tenancy.
