What type of Tenancy Agreement/Contract is it?

The Tenancy is an AST – Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. It is a fixed 12-month contract. It is also a joint agreement so all the tenants are jointly and severally liable. Therefore, all tenants are responsible to make sure that the rent is paid in full and on time as well as ensuring the property is left in a good condition at the end of their tenancy.
